PAT KANE? Again! Why is she involved in this? Why isn’t the letter addressed to the Secretary of the Board of Directors? We are asking the author some follow up questions and will update you when we receive a reply.
Pat Kane on the Bylaws Committee, Chair of the Resolutions Committee, NOW the Only Board Member involved in the disposition of Charges Against the President!
Everywhere Democracy, Transparency, and Accountability is being undermined in our union we find Pat Kane. Just imagine what she would do as Executive Director!
I am writing to follow up on my submitted fax and certified letter……To date, I have not received confirmation of these charges being addressed by either the Board of Directors and/or by NYSNA counsel.
What A Surprise NO Response!
The Board of Director’s policy of filing complaints and charges are clearly designed to thwart members of their rights. This ‘so called’ policy is most likely not legal as it is undated, unpublished rules and process which are not known or available to NYSNA membership.
Secret rules that nobody knows about!
In support of the charges, I am submitting a part of the NYSNA 2019 DOL LM-2, which shows that Judy Gonzalez took a salary which is in direct violation of NYSNA Bylaws; which also enabled her to use her position to undermine the Big 4 negotiating committees and endanger the union. In support of these accusations we have members available to testify to her actions that caused disruption, which included holding exclusionary meetings where she worked with a small minority of the negotiating committee and invited members to undermine the democratic and agreed to process of contract negotiations.
Paid herself to undermine the negotiating committee and the democratic process. Is anybody surprised by this? We didn’t think so!
……..we understand the seriousness of these charges and expect that NYSNA members will be assured that there will be a full, independent investigation.
Judy and her hand picked Board of Directors will do whatever she tells them to. Pat Kane the enforcer will make sure of it.
It’s the Pat and Judy show. Everyone else on the Board is window dressing!
