Members need to vote…

the Executive board SELECTED Pat Kane’s (who they have PREselected as NYSNA’s Executive Director), replacement without a membership vote.

Nancy Hagan, from Maimonides Hospital (private sector) was appointed. She has been a leader at her hospital and might be a good candidate for President.

But shouldn’t the members vote?

In a democratic union you would think so. Also, we have to say it’s time to have at least ONE Executive officer from the PUBLIC SECTOR, which is 1/3 of NYSNA’s members.

How many times is H and H going to get 💩 on?
